McCreary Law Office is excited to keep up with the benefits of technology to make working together easier. Online services mean that we can communicate and share documents securely. You can often schedule your own meetings, finding a day and time that work for you according to available appointments. All of the information the office needs for designing your plan can be gathered through online forms. Payment is accepted online as well. And with online meetings, we can handle your estate planning no matter your or your spouse’s travel schedule.
Of course, if you are not comfortable with these online tools, don’t worry. Just call the office, and we will work through things with a traditional paper and pen.
McCreary Law Office offers a secure Client Portal for communications with clients. Once you become a client, you’ll receive a link to set your personal password on the portal. You can then use that to communicate with the office and to send documents securely. You can even install the app on your phone to receive immediate updates when the office replies.
McCreary Law Office uses an online calendar system for scheduling many appointments. The system has varying calendars according to the type of appointment. Whether you are scheduling a phone call, a consultation, or a design or signing meeting, this means the system will set aside the right amount of time on the office’s calendar.
By using the online calendar system you can look at your calendar and find a time that works best for you. Check it out to schedule a discovery phone call.
McCreary Law Office uses online forms designed to make gathering information as easy as possible for each client. This starts with your consultation form. Before your consultation, you will receive an email with a link to your online form. You can come back to that link as often as you need until you click “submit.”
Once we move to the design process, you might use additional forms for more information. Different forms are used depending on the structure of your plan.
McCreary Law Office accepts online payments in the form of eChecks and credit cards. McCreary Law Office accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Interested potential clients are invited to schedule a discovery phone call with McCreary Law Office to learn more about the consultation process and to make sure the office handles your type of case. By scheduling this phone call using the calendar system, you’ll be able to schedule at a time that you can set aside and know in advance when McCreary Law Office will be calling you.
McCreary Law Office is also happy to hold your Initial Planning Session via video if we cannot arrange to meet in person.
McCreary Law Office uses Zoom to host online meetings. These meetings allow you to see Jana during the planning session by utilizing the online meeting app.

When a client cannot sign a new plan at the attorney’s office, we have options. McCreary Law Office understands that in some unique situations, planning needs to take place when a client might not be able to come to the office to sign. McCreary Law Office has a history of creative solutions to unique situations and will work with clients in these situations to secure signing of new plans.
Once your drafts and choices are confirmed, the office will print your plan and use color-coded flags to indicate where all signatures, initials, and dates are needed. The office will ship the plan to you along with a prepaid envelope for returning the fully executed plan to the office.
For Florida clients, McCreary Law Office will connect you with a provided notary who will go to the client's home with two witnesses for plan execution.
After the plan is signed and returned to the office, the office will review everything to assure all aspects are properly executed. McCreary Law Office will scan the originals and organize them in a portfolio to return to the client for secure storage.
