This small but growing estate planning and probate law firm helps people through planning for their incapacity or death to make things easier on their loved ones. The firm also helps those family members or friends when that time comes to take care of a loved one’s estate. Bringing a personal and dedicated approach to legal services, McCreary Law Office strives to build trusted relationships with clients to provide guidance and advice in all aspects of estate planning, special needs planning, and probate.
The Paralegal will help make sure this process is the best it can be for clients. This means treating clients with the utmost respect, demonstrating honesty and commitment, and creating value at all stages of the process for clients. The Paralegal provides key support to the Attorney and Client Services Director by managing client files; calendaring probate and guardianship matters; and assisting in drafting and filing for probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters. The firm is growing and thriving and needs this part-time role filled to contribute to continued success.

Schedule
This part-time position involves 12-18 hours of working that fall between 8:30 am and 6:00 p.m., either two or three days a week between Mondays and Thursdays.
As the firm grows, this position could grow to full-time or stay part-time, depending on the right candidate and that person’s needs and talents.
Pay
Dependent on related experience as a paralegal, working in a lawfirm, and with estate planning/probate. Generally $20-$31/hr.
Benefits
Benefits include paid time off and a generous holiday schedule. PTO begins to accrue after completing a 90-day new hire development plan. As the firm grows, additional benefits may be added.
