Cherisse Krieger

Cherisse is our Client Services Coordinator. She works alongside our attorney to make sure the estate planning or probate process is the best it can be for clients. She is usually the one on the Discovery Call to answer questions about our process and to start the relationship we build with clients. With a dedication to making sure the client experience is optimal, Cherisse also remains in contact with clients for follow-up to gather information as needed for clients’ estate planning or probate matters. She coordinates schedules for client meetings, and she oversees putting together clients’ plans for signing and the portfolio of originals clients take home.

Cherisse has over twenty years of administrative and customer service experience in the hospitality, utility, real estate, and education fields. Cherisse is also a business owner with a mobile notary service.

A native Houstonian, Cherisse is a mom to four grown children and the grannie for a wee one. Two of her boys have served in the United States Army. In her time away from the office, Cherisse loves to spend time outdoors camping and hiking (or putting in city miles along downtown’s Buffalo Bayou trails) and on off-the-beaten-track road trips (with a particular fondness for including a BBQ destination on those trips). She also enjoys the local music scene, disc golf, and yoga as well as supporting our Houston Astros.
