Client Services Coordinator
McCreary Law Office’s Client Services Coordinator works alongside our attorney to make sure the estate planning or probate process is the best it can be for clients. She is usually the first contact with clients, scheduling the Discovery Call that begins the relationship McCreary Law Office builds throughout the process. With a dedication to making sure the client experience is optimal, our Client Services Coordinator also remains in contact with clients for follow-up to gather information as needed for clients’ estate planning or probate matters. She coordinates schedules for planning/strategy sessions and signing meetings, and she oversees putting together client’s plans for signing and the portfolio of originals clients take home.
In addition to working directly with clients, our Client Services Coordinator serves an administrative role managing much of the firm’s information and data, coordinating Jana’s calendar with other professionals, and greeting clients at the office. She helps keep the office running by making sure we have what we need where we need it for day-to-day business.
As a Team
As dog lovers too, McCreary Law Office staff help care for Elliott, the office Paw-a-Legal, when Jana is with clients or working on client matters. Speaking of our Paw-a-Legal, his primary task is to bring joy and comfort to clients and our whole team with pets, hugs, and silly antics.
